01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phplush website, mobile-optimized interface, and all related services accessible at phplush.win.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on phplush.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held in a Player's phplush account representing deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonuses.
• "Real Money Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and other wagering products available on the phplush platform that require real monetary stakes.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback amounts, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's account under a phplush promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money-laundering obligations before a Player may make deposits, place wagers, or request withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating all legal gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they become eligible for withdrawal.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in Real Money Games on phplush is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing gambling. By registering on phplush, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The phplush platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the phplush platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. phplush makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register for a phplush account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid government-issued identification number, and an active Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.4 KYC Verification

phplush is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players before allowing deposits, wagers, or withdrawals. You must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents as requested. phplush reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, and to request additional documentation at any time.

03 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on phplush. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name or different names and identities, is strictly prohibited. phplush employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.
• All balances, including deposited funds and winnings, across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• The Player will be permanently banned from the phplush platform.
• phplush reserves the right to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplush login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. phplush will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

phplush reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phplush has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law. In the event of closure due to Player breach, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phplush accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed in real time and credited to the Player's phplush Wallet upon confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. phplush does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified phplush account. Processing times vary by payment channel. phplush aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phplush complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR AML regulations. phplush reserves the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of AML verification. phplush is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phplush offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spin credits, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry windows, and maximum withdrawal amounts on bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they are eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live table games including baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phplush reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where phplush determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposing outcomes to circumvent wagering requirements, or using automated software to generate bonus qualifying activity.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

phplush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect stakes already placed in reliance on the original promotion terms. phplush is not obligated to offer any particular promotion to any Player.

06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on phplush is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly address the point of conflict.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or other error that affects the integrity of a game outcome, phplush reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. This includes malfunctions caused by the Player's own device or internet connection. phplush will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

6.3 Manifest Error

In circumstances where a game result is the product of a manifest error — including but not limited to software bugs, incorrect odds display, or system configuration errors — phplush reserves the right to void any affected wagers and associated payouts. A manifest error is one that is objectively obvious to any reasonable person. phplush's determination of manifest error is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplush platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant authorities as appropriate:

• Registering or using phplush while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one phplush account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or configuration errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent transaction, including unauthorized use of payment instruments or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Using the phplush platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phplush staff or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the phplush platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 phplush Commitment

phplush is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we are committed to providing tools and resources to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

8.2 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phplush Players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position during active play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the phplush platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8.3 Minor Protection

phplush strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age and encourages all account holders who share devices with minors to use appropriate device-level parental controls and never to store phplush login credentials on shared devices.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phplush platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, interface designs, and trademarks — is the proprietary intellectual property of phplush or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phplush platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of phplush intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

phplush processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as PAGCOR's data handling requirements for licensed operators. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are described in detail in the phplush Privacy Policy, accessible at phplush.win/privacy-policy. By registering on phplush, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

phplush does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phplush's control including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and force majeure events. phplush will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phplush shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the phplush platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. phplush's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct losses arising from phplush's breach of these Terms shall not exceed the value of the balance held in the Player's phplush Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

11.3 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of phplush complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, for maintaining the security of their accounts, and for the accuracy of information provided to phplush. phplush accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to fulfil these responsibilities.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phplush reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phplush will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address on their account and through a prominent notice on the phplush platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13 Termination

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your registration on phplush. Either party may terminate the relationship at any time: you may close your account by contacting phplush Customer Support, and phplush may suspend or terminate your account as described in Section 3.3. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance in your Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML or KYC verification. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 — will continue to apply after the termination of your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of phplush or these Terms shall first be submitted to phplush Customer Support for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.3 PAGCOR Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phplush is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by phplush may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaints channels. phplush is bound by PAGCOR's determinations in any complaint proceedings initiated under PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
